today..... 6.21.11

well, now that i have gotten a little bit of the hang of things on here, i have to get ready for a doctor appointment @ 11 for my foot that has been a complete mess for about 12 years now. see i dropped a 10 pound weight on it back then and the doctor said he couldn't do too much for me since it was a toe. now after years of neglect, and hundreds of pain pills i am going to try ad get it fixed seeing as my big toe knuckle is about the size of a fucking soft ball! well that is a tad bit of a stretch, but it hurts like hell, its huge, and i cant take pain killers anymore because ill end up in the ground. after that appointment,  i am thinking about stopping by brian's shop so he could check out how my lip is healing. hang out there a bit then off to another doctors appointment for my crazy pills @ 7pm. nothing too exiting today, but be sure if i see something worth my time to video or photograph, i will indeed do so, i mean i do live in nyc.... wack shit goes down here on the constant. check back later for some more of tha jams. -be easy 'n' stay greasy- H.R.
